The Team – it is something, which is the building block of every successful business. A few days back one of my friends asked me the reasons behind the success of my business, and my clear response was the team. The perfect team along with I am working these days is the motivation behind the success of my company.

A few days back a small survey was done, in which around 100 peoples were asked to define the cause which motivated them the most. The response which most of them give was the involvement of a team. It’s a fact that an individual cannot get the desired success, but if he is involved with a team, remember good team, and then the output will be the different.

Why I mentioned the good team, is because in particular we cannot define a team as a good one or a bad one, rather we can define the same on the basis of the members which constitute that team. A good team is the team which has the members who has good intention towards the company, while the reverse is true for the Bad team. Now it doesn’t mean that a good team will have all the good individuals, rather there can be a few bad members too in a team, but if their intention is not bad then they are not harmful to the motive of the team.

Now why is it happening that everybody gives his or her best when they work in a team? Why do people get motivation when they work in a team? Why do they work harder when they became a part of a team? Well the answers to these questions are really simple, and it is the feeling of a team which brings the most from an individual. A team member will never be happy to see his or her teammates down on any matter.

Second thing, is the common goals, which motivates every team member to do hard work. Sometimes an individual gives more than 100% of him for the same cause when he or she is involved with a team. Only thing which is required from every team member, it is every individual should know his role in achieving the goals. This will make their contribution more accountable towards achieving the goals of the team.
